• So who are you, anyway?

  My name is Dan, and I'm a 28 year-old software developer living in Redmond, right next to Seattle, Washington. I grew up in Toronto, Canada and have lived in Hamilton, Toronto, New York City, and most recently Kirkland/Redmond.

  I make video games for a living, which is very cool. I am also an active theatre and improv performer, and do various other stuff from time to time as well.

  
  
• Okay... so why should I care?

  Beats me. Maybe you already know me, and are interested in following my adventures and exploits. More likely you wound up here after some tragic Google search or someting... my website logs show that you wouldn't be the first. Anyway, enjoy your stay, and feel free to drop me a line, especially if you do know me. I always enjoy keeping touch with old acquaintances.

  Well, I like to think of myself as a bit of a Jack-of-trades... but you can find links to some of the more accountable stuff I've done on this page. The website for the theatre company I ran no longer exists, but I keep it archived on my computer; if you desire or need copies of any of the material from it let me know.

  
  
• Didn't you used to have a different Flash intro to your website?

  Yeah, you can still see the intro from when I was living in New York City here. (The vocals from both were recorded by the uber-talented Jason Dick from Hamilton, Ontario.)

• How regularly do you update your blog?

  It varies, of course, but a weekly update is pretty normal. I also keep around a copy of my old blog, which boasts 270 posts of my varied ramblings for the interested/bored reader to scrutinize from March 2004 to June 2008 (archive page).
